Moncler Grenoble has officially unveiled its first United States flagship store in Aspen, marking a major milestone for the brand’s high-performance alpine line. Located at 432 East Hyman Avenue, the 250-square-meter boutique is only the second stand-alone Moncler Grenoble store worldwide, following the opening of its St. Moritz outpost.
The choice of Aspen is rich in symbolism. The Colorado mountain town hosted Moncler’s very first U.S. store back in 2008, making this new flagship both a strategic expansion and a return to the brand’s American roots.
Designed by Swiss studio Küchel Architects, the space pays homage to the surrounding Rocky Mountains through a refined, immersive design. Visitors enter through a cave-like façade that opens onto a sculptural interior centered around a tree-like structure. Circular display bays, stone-inspired furniture, and mineral textures echo the rugged alpine landscape while maintaining a contemporary, high-fashion aesthetic.
Beyond design, sustainability plays a key role in the project. The building is currently pursuing LEED certification, reflecting Moncler Grenoble’s focus on energy efficiency and responsible construction practices.
Conceived to support a year-round mountain lifestyle, the flagship presents the full breadth of the Moncler Grenoble universe—from highly technical ski apparel to lightweight seasonal layers designed for performance, protection, and everyday alpine living.
The opening follows a striking high-altitude fashion show staged in the Aspen wilderness, where the brand unveiled its Fall/Winter 2026 collection. Together, the show and the flagship reinforce Moncler Grenoble’s positioning at the intersection of elite technical performance and luxury fashion.
