L’un des rappeurs français les plus appréciés du moment, SDM, était sur la scène du Bikini ce vendredi 31 mars. Organisé par Regarts, le tout premier concert à Toulouse du membre du 92i a été un véritable succès.
Après des débuts en indé, sous le pseudo Sadam, SDM (abrégé de Sadam), a été signé par Booba sur son label 92i en 2020. Celui qui aurait pu être simplement « un artiste de la pandémie » comme il le dit dans « Mr Ocho », connaît un succès fulgurant et se hisse parmi les rappeurs les plus populaires et plus écoutés depuis de nombreux mois. En 2021, il présente son 1er album nommé ‘Ocho’, qui confirme son talent. ‘Liens du sang’, son 2ème album, est sorti le 2 décembre 2022. Il comprend des bangers et des morceaux en feat. avec des grands noms du rap game comme Niska, Zed de 13 Block ou encore Green Montana. SDM a déjà à son actif des morceaux avec Aya Nakamura, PLK et bien sûr B2O.
Vendredi à 19h45, il était déjà impossible de trouver une place sur le parking du Bikini. Impatient, le public était venu nombreux et à l’avance pour assister au show de SDM. Le concert s’est joué à guichet fermé, tout comme dans les villes précédentes de sa tournée ! Une belle performance pour le rappeur originaire des Hauts-de-Seine.
Vers 20h30, avant l’arrivée sur scène (et même à Toulouse) du très attendu artiste de Meudon, Fadah, a assuré la 1ère partie. Pendant une 40aine de minutes, ce rappeur originaire de l’Essonne, qui évolue sur la scène alternative toulousaine depuis quelques années, a joué ses meilleurs morceaux. Un rap brut, sincère et conscient qui fait partie de la branche classique ‘engagée’.
A cause du climat social actuel en France et des difficultés de transports que cela engendre, SDM a dû retarder sa prestation. Pour faire patienter très agréablement le public déjà hyper chaud, DJ Ejay, le DJ et backeur officiel du rappeur du 92i, a joué quelques ‘gros’ sons, tels que « Dior » de Pop Smoke, « Mo Bamba » de Sheck Wes, « Just Wanna Rock » de Lil Uzi Vert ou encore « Matuidi Charo » de Niska.
L’ambiance était donc déjà folle lorsque SDM a fait irruption sur la scène du Bikini.
Accompagné de DJ Ejay et de Natewkeys (Shangho) au synthé, le rappeur nous a livré environ 1h15 de show intense et mémorable. Il a tout de suite fait entrer le public dans son univers en jouant ‘Ragnar’, ‘A l’affût’ et le hit ‘Mr Ocho’. La foule, composée de fins connaisseurs, scandait les paroles en cœur et s’est mise à hurler quand SDM a demandé à Ejay de pull up le morceau. Une atmosphère ultra festive et bonne enfant régnait dans la salle du Bikini.
SDM a continué son concert avec des bangers comme « Daddy », « Cette année-là » , « Dans le club » ou encore « #Malentouré » avant d’échanger davantage avec son public fidèle et enthousiaste. Il a notamment expliqué avoir pris un taxi-moto pour arriver le plus rapidement possible au Bikini. En aucun cas, il aurait accepté d’annuler son 1er concert à Toulouse.
Toujours plus chaud, le public hurlait et sautait aux premières notes du morceau « Vandamme », enchaîné avec les emblématiques « Jack Fuego », « Titulaires » et « Tue ça ». Proche de ses spectateurs, SDM les a d’ailleurs chambrés pour leur pogo raté sur ce dernier son !
Ambiance toujours au top pour le morceau suivant : « Redescends », joué tout d’abord au piano par Natewkeys, puis dans sa version classique. Les artistes ont ensuite demandé au public d’allumer les flashs des portables pour les accompagner sur l’emblématique « Prince de la Calle », avant d’offrir le très attendu « Bolide Allemand ». SDM a encore interagit avec la foule avant de jouer le dernier morceau » Yakalelo ».
Ravis de l’accueil, le rappeur parisien et sa team ont remercié sincèrement le public toulousain et ont quitté la scène sur des notes de piano de Natewkeys.
Le très attendu concert de SDM au Bikini de Toulouse a tenu toutes ses promesses. La prestance sur scène du rappeur, son flow et son aisance naturelle ont permis au public d’apprécier au maximum son show puissant et hyper carré.

Friday at 7:45 pm, it was already impossible to find a place on the parking lot of Bikini. Impatient, the public had come in large numbers and in advance to attend the show of SDM. The concert was sold out, just like in the previous cities of his tour ! A great performance for the rapper from the Hauts-de-Seine.
Around 8:30 pm, before the arrival on stage (and even in Toulouse) of the much awaited artist from Meudon, Fadah, provided the 1st part. For about 40 minutes, this rapper from Essonne, who has been evolving on the Toulouse alternative scene for a few years, played his best songs. A raw, sincere and conscious rap which is part of the classic ‘engaged’ branch.
Because of the current social climate in France and the difficulties of transport that it generates, SDM had to delay his performance. To make the already very hot audience wait, DJ Ejay, the official DJ and backeur of the 92i rapper, played some ‘big’ sounds, such as « Dior » by Pop Smoke, « Mo Bamba » by Sheck Wes, « Just Wanna Rock » by Lil Uzi Vert or « Matuidi Charo » by Niska.
The atmosphere was already crazy when SDM burst onto the stage of Bikini.
Accompanied by DJ Ejay and Natewkeys (Shangho) on synth, the rapper delivered about 1h15 of intense and memorable show. He immediately made the public enter his universe by playing ‘Ragnar’, ‘A l’affût’ and the hit ‘Mr Ocho’. The crowd, composed of connoisseurs, chanted the lyrics and screamed when SDM asked Ejay to pull up the song. The atmosphere in the Bikini hall was very festive and good-natured.
SDM continued his concert with bangers like « Daddy », « Cette année-là », « Dans le club » or « #Malentouré » before exchanging more with his faithful and enthusiastic audience. He explained in particular to have taken a motorcycle cab to arrive as quickly as possible at Bikini. In any case, he would have accepted to cancel his first concert in Toulouse.
Always hotter, the public screamed and jumped at the first notes of the song « Vandamme », followed by the emblematic « Jack Fuego », « Titulaires » and « Tue ça ». Close to his audience, SDM also jokes on them for their failed pogo on this last sound !
The atmosphere was still great for the next song : « Redescends », played first on the piano by Natewkeys, then in its classic version. The artists then asked the audience to turn on the flashes of the cell phones to accompany them on the classic « Prince de la Calle », before offering the much awaited « Bolide Allemand ». SDM interacted with the crowd again before playing the final track « Yakalelo ».
Delighted with the reception, the Parisian rapper and his team sincerely thanked the Toulouse audience and left the stage on piano notes from Natewkeys.
The long awaited concert of SDM at the Bikini in Toulouse kept all its promises. The rapper’s presence on stage, his flow and his natural ease allowed the audience to appreciate his powerful and hyper square show.
