Les 2 frères rappeurs les plus connus de France, BIG FLO & OLI, viennent de dévoiler les 1ers noms des artistes bookés pour le ROSE FESTIVAL 2024. Après le succès des 2 premières éditions – qui ont eu lieu sur 2 jours en 2022 et 3 jours en 2023 – ce festival toulousain qui prend de l’ampleur se tiendra sur 4 jours en 2024 et toujours localisé dans l’espace découvert du MEETT (parc des expositions à quelques kilomètres du centre-ville de Toulouse).
Imaginé par BIG FLO & OLI et organisé en collaboration avec l’agence toulousaine BLEU CITRON, le ROSE FESTIVAL a déjà accueilli des beaux noms de la scène rap, pop, rock et electro française lors des 2 éditions précédentes.
Pour cette programmation #3, les 1ers noms annoncés rendent déjà les amateurs de musique et fête impatients ! En plus, cette année, le Festival aura lieu sur 4 jours, un jour supplémentaire par rapport à l’édition #2 !
Du jeudi 29 août 2024 au Dimanche 1er septembre, les participants au ROSE FESTIVAL pourront assister aux prestations scéniques de grands noms de la chanson française, pop et electro, ainsi que d’icones du rap, d’artistes de la nouvelle scène et des talents émergeants.
BIG FLO & OLI ont déjà annoncé la présence du légendaire chanteur du Sud-Ouest FRANCIS CABREL, du pionnier du rap français MC SOLAAR et de l’énergique chanteuse JAIN pour le 1er soir, le jeudi 29 août 2024.
Le lendemain, un fondateur phare du rap français se produira sur l’une des scènes du Rose Festival : le Duc de Boulogne aka BOOBA (oui oui vous avez bien lu ! ). Ce vendredi 30 août 2024, l’artiste sibérienne de musique electronique NINA KRAVIZ sera également présente.
Samedi 31 août 2024 et Dimanche 1er septembre 2024, des nouveaux talents du rap français, qui ont déjà acquiert une belle notoriété, viendront encenser l’espace du MEETT : ZOLA, LA FEVE et le rappeur d’Alger TIF. La douce artiste, autrice-productrice POMME et le duo electro symbole de la ‘French Touch’ JUSTICE assureront également l’ambiance éclectique du ROSE FESTIVAL.
Connaissant la volonté de BIG FLO & OLI de mettre en lumière des artistes émergeants de leur ville et des environs, la programmation devrait s’orienter aussi vers ce genre de prestations, à l’instar du « Tremplin » mis en place l’année dernière. [:en]France’s 2 best-known rap brothers, BIG FLO & OLI, have just unveiled the 1st names of the artists booked for the ROSE FESTIVAL 2024. Following the success of the first 2 editions – which took place over 2 days in 2022 and 3 days in 2023 – this growing festival in Toulouse will be held over 4 days in 2024, still located in the open space of the MEETT (exhibition center a few kilometers from downtown Toulouse).
Conceived by BIG FLO & OLI and organized in collaboration with Toulouse agency BLEU CITRON, the ROSE FESTIVAL has already welcomed some of the finest names on the French rap, pop, rock and electro scene in its 2 previous editions.
For program #3, the 1st names announced are already making music and party lovers impatient ! What’s more, this year’s Festival will take place over 4 days, an extra day compared to edition #2 !
From Thursday, August 29, 2024 to Sunday, September 1, ROSE FESTIVAL attendees can look forward to stage performances by big names in French chanson, pop and electro, as well as rap icons, new scene artists and emerging talents.
BIG FLO & OLI have already announced the presence of legendary South-West singer FRANCIS CABREL, French rap pioneer MC SOLAAR and energetic singer JAIN for the 1st evening, Thursday August 29, 2024.
The following day, one of France’s leading rap founders will perform on one of the Rose Festival stages : the Duc de Boulogne aka BOOBA (yes, you read that right ! ). On Friday August 30, 2024, Siberian electronica artist NINA KRAVIZ will also be on stage.
On Saturday August 31, 2024 and Sunday September 1, 2024, new French rap talents who have already made a name for themselves will be gracing the MEETT space : ZOLA, LA FEVE and Algiers rapper TIF. Sweet artist and producer POMME and electro duo JUSTICE, symbols of the ‘French Touch’, will also provide the eclectic ambience for the ROSE FESTIVAL.
Knowing BIG FLO & OLI’s desire to spotlight emerging artists from their town and the surrounding area, the programming should also be geared towards this kind of performance, following the example of the « Tremplin » set up last year. Other big names will also be announced shortly. Stay tuned !
As for the atmosphere, we’re still waiting to hear what the theme of this 2024 edition will be, following on from the « Fairground » installations of 2023.
